Security & Ledger

Built on an auditable, double-entry ledger

Balances are never edited directly. Every movement is a balanced journal with a unique reference, timestamp and actor.

Financial analytics dashboard on a laptop

Double-entry accounting

Every financial event posts a journal whose debits equal its credits, per currency. INR and USDT are never mixed.

Transaction references

Deposits use DTD order IDs and withdrawals use DTW order IDs. The same reference appears in history, ledger and admin desks.

Blockchain deposit verification

A screenshot never credits funds. Each transaction hash is verified against the network, contract, address and amount before approval.

Withdrawal approval workflow

Requests are reviewed and approved by authorised staff. Payouts are only marked paid after the bank reference is confirmed.

Available and reserved balances

Requested withdrawal amounts move from available to reserved, so funds cannot be spent twice while a payout is pending.

Audit history

Admin logins, rate changes, approvals, adjustments and settings changes are written to an append-only audit log.
